The website, and the Páva Mese (Peacock Tale), Mikulás Mese (Santa Tale), Maja mesék (Maya Tales) applications operated by Kiss Ferenc (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “controller”) contain contents and products protected by copyright. The controller performs the operation of the website, the development, maintenance or troubleshooting tasks of the application.

The users (data subjects) are notified herein of the legal basis and the aim of the processing of the personal data entered during the use of the website and the applications thereon available in the App Store, the storage period and the means of storage of such personal data and the personal data regarding our visitors, the measures taken to protect such data, and of the possibilities of disposal over the use of the data.

This privacy policy was made according to the stipulations of the General Data Protection Regulation no. 2016/679/EU and Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce and on Information Society Services. For data processing activity subject to the GDPR, the specific regulations of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information shall be complementarily applicable.

As regards the operation of the website and the applications, the personal data of the users are processed in the extent and for the time necessary for the provision of the services, in compliance with the data processing principles.

b) making the services available in the Applications and the Website more efficient, improving the user experience and developing the service; legal basis of the data processing: consent of the data subject (item a) of paragraph (1) of Article 6 of the GDPR)

c) collection of personal data necessary for contacting the user, with a primary aim to suitably inform the users; legal basis of the data processing: consent of the data subject (item a) of paragraph (1) of Article 6 of the GDPR)

To use the service, the users do not need to provide any data, since during the use of the website and the applications, no data identifying the natural person or making the natural person identifiable are processed. The applications can be downloaded from the App Store, which is subject to the data protection principles of the Apple. 

Even in case of a purchase within the application, we do not have any data making the details of the users or his/her payment transactions available for us. However, until the deletion of the application, the identifiers of the products purchased by the user are stored.

In case of the application Maja mesék (Maya Tales), the App Store requests a permission to save the colouring photos to a folder. However, this does not result in any access for us to the device of the user or the content of the Photos folder.

If the user intends to rate our applications, rating is performed in the App Store.

To use the support activity, to handle consumer issues or to respond to the enquiries of data subjects, it is necessary to process your name and the e-mail address necessary for the response until the achievement of the aim of data processing.

Processed set of data:

To operate the website, to save the settings and to enhance user experience, the acceptance, the date and time and the version of data protection settings are stored in cookie files. These cookies may be deleted by the user from his/her computer and the placement of cookies based on consent may be prevented in the cookie settings of the website and in the settings of the browser. These data are stored in the device of the user.

Our website uses technical background log entries which may store the IP address, the type of browser used by the visitor, the internet service provider, the date and time stamp, the address of the referring and the exit pages and the number of clicks during visit. This is performed in order to be able to trace back the circumstances of the failure in case of a malfunction and to make browsing more secure in the future. This makes the handling and the administration of the website easier for us. The data are unsuitable to directly identify personal identity.

The above are performed with the application of cookies unable to identify the user and able to recognise exclusively the device used by the visitor for browsing. Therefore, we do not store any data of the visitors in the form of cookies, based on which we might contact them via phone, e-mail or post. Except the identifier assigned to the browser, the duration of browsing, the visited pages and the inspected content, no visitor-related data are stored in cookies.

The analytical and crash data of the use of the applications are provided by Apple Analytics and Microsoft and the data are stored on their own servers.

The availability of the application and the purchase within the application are ensured by the App Store. We do not collect sensitive or special personal data of our users.

Data shared by Microsoft: number of users, number of starts of the applications, types of the devices, in percentage: operation system, region, language (language of the phone), the version number used; crash: device type, operating system, application version, date, number of crashes.

Data shared by Apple: how many times the application was downloaded in the given region, how many times the application was started, how many system crashes there were, the application was downloaded on which devices, operating system, where the application was found by the user, how many users deleted the application; crash: device type, operating system, application version, date, number of crashes.

The cookies facilitating the access to the social networking site of our website and the applications and facilitating the sharing of the websites in the social networking sites and the liking of such sites are provided by the Facebook. Owing to its services, Facebook has access to the data processed for the measurement of the number of visitors of the website and to the mapping of browsing customs, including the reach of the paid advertisement, the number of clicks on links, the number of entries, the ratio of men and women and the age of the users in percentage, the access for regions and the place of the display of the advertisement (mobile application, website, Instagram, Messenger etc.).  - Data are received anonymously and no personal data are seen by us. Additionally, we see the Facebook profile of people liking, sharing or commenting on our social networking sites.

Beyond the above, we are not liable for any data processing activities performed by the service providers above. The data processing of these companies shall be subject to their own privacy policies.
